How to Use: After cleansing with Hair Protein Step 1, apply Step 2 from the roots through the ends, gently massaging it throughout the strands. Apply heat for 20 minutes, rinse thoroughly, and style as desired. The product label recommends use once a week.

Professional Bond Reconstruction with Lightener: The product directions also specify mixing 15 mL of Step 2 for every 30–60 mL of lightener, followed by removing the lightener using Step 1 as a shampoo.
